Meet Our Founder

Kiti Jackson
LCPC, NCC, CCTP, EMDR-C, HopeWorks Founder
Kiti creates a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space that includes the hope of healing. She is passionate about helping clients achieve mental, emotional, and behavioral growth. Kiti’s work is focused on serving clients with a variety of presenting concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and PTSD. Kiti has also served in community settings, where she has conducted individual and group therapy to treat substance abuse. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR therapist, she specializes in helping clients with trauma. Kiti has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults.
Kiti, an islander from Oahu, Hawaii, is affectionate for the outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her four children and husband. Her years as a military spouse taught her to be flexible because things can change in the blink of an eye. She enjoys long walks with her husband and their three Akitas. You will often find Kiti binge-watching Monk, biking, traveling, and exploring various foods.
Kiti has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Psychology and a Master of Arts in Human Services and Counseling. Led by her desire to help others, she also earned a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients who prefer to meet from the comfort of home. Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person — all you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Telehealth sessions are available to clients located in Washington, D.C., Mary Land.

We require 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to you and respect for your time and our therapists. A $75.00 Late Cancellation/No-Show fee applies to all appointments not canceled before 24 hours.
