Kiti Jackson, LCPC, NCC, CCTP, EMDR-C, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who helps people find hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
Through a compassionate, hope-centered approach, she provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults can safely explore life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.
With experience in both community mental health and private practice, Kiti is committed to meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. Her trauma-informed approach empowers clients to move beyond survival mode, develop resilience, and create lasting emotional wellness.

Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, Liberty University. Doctoral studies in Psychology currently in progress.

Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients who prefer to meet from the comfort of home. Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person — all you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection. Telehealth sessions are available to clients located in Washington, D.C., Mary Land.

We require 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to you and respect for your time and our therapists. A $75.00 Late Cancellation/No-Show fee applies to all appointments not canceled before 24 hours.
