Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Kiti Jackson is the founder of HopeWorks Counseling Services and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who helps people find hope, healing, and lasting transformation. Through a compassionate, hope-centered approach, she provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where adolescents and adults can safely explore life's challenges and work toward meaningful change.

Dr. Andrew Blatt, Psy.D.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Military Behavioral Health / Human Performance

With over 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, Dr. Blatt brings extensive experience in clinical care, psychological evaluations, military behavioral health, trauma, suicide prevention, and performance optimization. He currently serves as a Behavioral Health Officer in the Maryland Army National Guard and brings experience supporting service members, veterans, and the broader community.
