Our practice uses TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and patient portal system. When you create an account or submit information through the portal at therapyportal.com/p/hopeworks20708, that information is governed by TherapyNotes' own privacy and security policies in addition to our practices. TherapyNotes uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.

5. Telehealth Services

HopeWorks Counseling Services offers telehealth sessions to clients located in the state of Maryland. Kiti Jackson, LCPC is currently licensed to provide therapy services in Maryland only. Telehealth sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
